I came to Canada in March 2010 as a live-in caregiver, carrying with me not just my degree in Bachelor of Science in Home Technology from the Philippines—but also a dream of building a better future for my family.

Like many newcomers, my journey wasn’t easy.

There were challenges, sacrifices, and moments of uncertainty. But through it all, one thing stayed constant: my passion to serve and help others.

In July 2018, I began a new chapter as an Independent Insurance Broker with Greatway Financial Inc. I didn’t step into this industry with all the answers—but I was willing to learn, grow, and commit to something bigger than myself.

That first year became one of the most important seasons of my life. It gave me not only the training and skills I needed, but also the mindset, confidence, and purpose to keep moving forward.

And then, everything started to change.

Through this journey, I experienced opportunities I once only dreamed of—traveling with my family to places like the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and Hawaii. But more than the travel, it was the realization that I was building something meaningful—something that created both freedom and impact.

Today, I’m proud to be part of a mission that goes beyond income.
